Dropping off your laundry is easy. Simply bring it to either our East LA or Bellflower location, and one of our friendly attendants will greet you at our wash and fold service counter. They will weigh your laundry, note any special requests you may have, and take note of your detergent and softener preferences. Our options include Aerial, Tide, Gain, and Foca for detergents and Downey and Suavitel for softeners. Once your laundry is checked in the attendant will provide you with a ticket and then you can move on with your day. How easy is that?
Our experienced team of professional launderers will handle everything with great care. We sort laundry by likeness; If not specified at drop off we will sort by color, dark, and white for bleaching if you've requested bleach. We will wash and dry using only premium products and move swiftly from dryer to folding table giving everything a quick fluff to prevent wrinkles. We'll fold all the garments, match up socks, and pack everything into protective bags. Your finished laundry will be stored in a secure area until you pick it up.
When your laundry is ready, we will send you a text notification. We will happily hold onto your order for up to 30 days in the secure area. All you have to do is return to our store and claim your laundry. Our attendant will ask for your ticket or claim number and weigh your laundry again. You will pay based on the final, dry weight of your laundry and not what it may have weighed when it came in dirty and possibly damp. And that's it; from there all you have to do is take your laundry home and put it away.
